Who could come
Family Camp was open to all members of the group and their families, and all ages were welcome, from infants to grandparents. Leaders organised the activities. Children had to come with a parent, guardian or another nominated adult, and remained the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the weekend. All adults attending needed DBS clearance.
Activities
The weekend programme included:
- Archery, shooting, tomahawk axe throwing, low ropes, The Cube and the Cave Bus
- Inflatables and an inflatable assault course
- Crafts in the marquee and food craft in the Lynmouth Building
- A Saturday evening BBQ, with fancy dress on a 100 years theme
- A traditional campfire, then hot chocolate and a 100 years celebration

Tents and equipment
The group had a limited number of tents for families to borrow, allocated on a first come, first served basis when booking. Boiling water was provided throughout the weekend, but there was no cooking equipment to borrow, so families who planned to cook needed to bring their own.
Prices
Prices included meals, fees and activities. The booking deadline was 20 March 2026.
